Survey by trade journal "top agrar": 1st place for MT-Energie
Trade journal surveys 384 operators of biogas plants. + + + Outstanding result of the internal customer satisfaction survey of MT-Energie confirmed.
The leading German trade journal for the modern agricultural industry, "top agrar", has undertaken a large-scale survey of 384 biogas plant operators in order to ascertain their level of satisfaction with their plant manufacturer. MT-Energie took first place with a grade 1.5 score (1 = very good, 5 = poor).
This positioning confirms the excellent results of an internally conducted customer satisfaction survey which was carried out by MT-Energie last summer. Without exception, all of the 85 surveyed plant operators said that they would undertake further construction projects with the Northern-German biogas specialists.
The customers especially praised the stability and functionality of the biogas operation and the excellent MT-Energie technology. The straightforward operation of the plant as well as the excellent service, competence and reliability of the plant engineers also played a significant role. In addition, the excellent value for money and the production economy of the plants was especially highlighted.
The detailed results of the survey have been published in the latest edition of "top agrar" (March 2010). A total of 328 readers and 55 prime contractors took part in the evaluation. However, 56 participants in the survey built their biogas plants themselves, meaning that their evaluation could not be taken into consideration in the results. For this reason, the analysis only contains data from companies that were able to provide answers to at least ten of the questions. This reduced the number of plant engineering firms to twelve.
