1. Profitable biogas plants
• Thanks to relatively low investment costs the plant is independent of future material flow and fluctuating returns in terms of biomass. With the help of a sensible buffer the operator´s risk can be kept to a minimum.
• low maintanance results in low costs:
Apart from low investment costs, low operating costs in relation to the degree of effeciency are decisive. This we guarantee with two-step plants, which enable higher gas exploitation due to longer dwell periods. With the use of self-designed, sychronized construction components, a simple, efficient, smooth running process is ensured, which is the epitome of low operating costs.
• low cost quiescent current:
The consumtion of quiescent current is one of the most underestimated parameters. MT- Biogas plants dispose of a quiescent current meter, which balances properly, no matter whether self produced electricity is used or is the result of additional purchase. To run a plant on 5% quiescent current is not an aim of ours, but proven everyday practice.

Scenario:
"What, if..."
(in a 526 kW plant)
- quiescent current
is reduced by 1%?
= + € 6.570 !!
- interest charge
is up by 1%?
= - € 7.600 !!

2. Pure solid feed fermentation
The versatility of our biogas plants offer you the freedom not to commit yourself to the use of specific input material when planning the plant. This means that you as the operator are able to keep your agronomic and mercantile freedom.
Regions having live stock or not can be equally equipped. Biogas operators stay flexible, even when input material excellence varies.

fermentation of solid feed only is possible!

3. Evaluation
All operation process, each agitation of the biogas plant is journalised and documented, so that all daily technical process is transparent from day one following the start up of operation. Furthermore all collected data will be automatically downloaded on Excel, to assure permanent transparency of the actual output.
This enables an evaluation of the biogas plant right down to costs per unit. Aside from that, one is able to have some orientation in terms of the data of a third party- the most efficient way to optimize one´s profit.
Conclusion: It not the profit that counts, it´s the optimal profit!
