PACKAGE 1: 195,- € / month add. taxes

Weekly analysis of the following parameters:

• pH (working dilution)

• Volatile organic acids (FOS)

• Alkaline buffer capacity (TAC)

PACKAGE 2: from 255,- € / month add. taxes

The following parameters are analysed on a monthly basis:

• Acetic acid concentration

• Propionic acid concentration

Optional analyses:

• Electrical conductivity

• Dry substance and organic dry substance (TS and oTS)

• Ammonium-nitrogen (NH4-N)

• Total nitrogen

• Chemical oxygen demand (CSB)

A stable pH value as well as a defined relationship between volatile organic acids (FOS) and alkaline buffer capacity (TAC) guarantee an optimised fermentation process.
