Functional description

The MT-FORTIS® acts as supply for the biogas plant with non-pumpable biomass as e.g. silage and solid manure.

The dosing container is a seal pot which can contain up to 60 m³.
The container can be easily filled from the appropriate loading vehicle according to requirements. In the container, solids are being transported via the pushing floor system to the auger system. From there the transported material is routed to the fermenter. The dosing container is mounted on 4 weighing cells at ground level.

All component/dosing amounts are strictly measured and recorded in an operation diary.
